Shipping time / Track & trace

The packages are sent by PostNL, including track & trace. You will receive the track & trace code when we start production of your slipmat(s). We will then send the slipmats within 3 working days.

Within the Netherlands, packages that are sent before 5pm will be delivered the next day. Different times and delivery moments apply to international shipments. For a complete overview of the estimated delivery time per country, please visit the Postnl website.

When will my package be shipped?

This depends on the order size, and whether it concerns printed or blank slipmats. The shipping times apply from the moment we have received the payment.

The shipping times below are our absolute goal, but please note that this is not a guarantee. There can always be situations that prevent us from making it. Think of busy times, illness, or private circumstances.
In 95% of cases the shipping times below are simply met.

Shipping time custom slipmats

1-50 pieces = within 3 working days.
50-100 = within 5 working days
100 + = within 5 to 10 working days

Shipping time blank slipmats

Blank slipmats are shipped between 1-3 business days. 25 pieces are shipped within 2 days, often the same day. For orders of +200 we often purchase the material at the time the order comes in (excl. white, black and cork - we have those in stock). These are then cut and processed. This can take a few days.

Shipping time cork slipmats (unprinted)

We ship within 1 to 2 business days. For orders of 25 or more, this is between 1 to 3 business days.

Custom cork slipmats are shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

Do you also handle urgent requests?

Sure. In 99.9% of cases we ship all orders within 3 business days. If you have an urgent request, please let us know. However, there are costs involved.

Postage costs

Within the Netherlands

Custom slipmats: Free from 2 pieces (unless otherwise agreed). For a single slipmat you pay €6.95 per order.

Unprinted slipmats: From €6.95 per order, depending on order size.

Record covers: €6.95 per order.

Shipping costs include shipping and packaging costs. Handling and packaging costs are fixed and transportation costs are based on destination and current PostNL costs.

Belgium

Printed slipmats: Free shipping from 10 pieces! (up to 10 pieces: €8.95)

Unprinted slipmats: €8.95 per order.

International

Will be calculated at checkout.

Why are shipping costs higher than many other products?

They do not fit through the letterbox, and are therefore offered as a package. The package costs for us are €6.95 per order, we charge a part of this to the customer.

How will my package be shipped?

In order to monitor the quality of the slipmats during shipping, orders of 1 or 2 pieces are safely shipped in a seal, and orders of 3 or more are safely shipped in a sturdy box. The packages do not fit through the letterbox, with the exception of orders that only concern 7-inch slipmats.

Problems with shipping / package not arrived?

Unfortunately, sometimes something can happen with the post. If you do not receive your package, please contact us and we will look for a suitable solution together.

Return Policy

Not satisfied with the result? Mail us, including some photos/videos.
Then we will look for a solution together. In most cases we will simply send you a new copy.

Of course, this only applies to orders where the mistake lies with us, and the result is so different from how you delivered it. We are also people, and people sometimes make mistakes. That can happen. In any case, we ensure that you are not the victim of that, and that you get what you deserve.
